4 All Cats

This is Joey of Cat Palace USA and this sign was made with his picture when is brother JJ was hit by a car.  All thought JJ survived only after extensive surgery, it still made the family upset because the Cat Crossing Signs were not in place which  may have evaded the accident in the first place.
